Xfinity isn't as bad as AT&T in pricing for what you get, but they try hard to hide the upstream, and back when I used them, they had a 1 TB softcap per month ...Xfinity's cable box interface is nicer, but it was more expensive than Fios for me. In addition to what others have said, they're both terrible companies generally, but Comcast is usually seen as being a little more terrible. I had Comcast for a bunch of years and I can't honestly say it was too bad in any way, but I've now had FiOS for a bunch ...I use Metronet and they are great. I'd say try astound just to get away from Comcast as long as the contract can be broken for cheap/nothing and you can go back to comcast.
